Embassy of the United States donates educational material to the library of CCPA in Ciudad del Este On Wednesday, June 6, Bruce P. Kleiner, Public Affairs Officer of the United States Embassy, made an important donation to the Library of the CCPA, Ciudad del Este. The donation includes encyclopedias, books, movies and other materials in English.

The donation includes 317 materials which include encyclopedias about art, business and technology, as well as complete encyclopedias with CDs, literature collection, dictionaries and reference books on history, geography, basic sciences, biographies, architecture, art, music, film and sports in the United States, along with novels and classical American movies such as the Godfather, Rocky and Gone with the Wind.

The donation has a value of 9,900 US dollars.

With this initiative of giving emphasis to learning English and offering access to books and materials in English, the Embassy of the United States supports the training of youths so that, with the added value of learning English, they can have a better participation and prosperity in the global market.
