Register Your Whereabouts

The Embassy highly recommends that American citizens visiting Paraguay, regardless of the length of stay, register their whereabouts with the Department of State.  This can be accomplished by clicking the link on the right-hand side of this page.  This link is found on every page in the Consular section of the website.

Registration with the Embassy enables us to provide better, faster service to the overseas American community, especially during crisis situations and personal emergencies.

Registration with the State Department of one’s whereabouts abroad is private.  The Embassy will never release your personal information without your explicit permission.
