Hogar Santa Rita is managed by the Sisters of the Congregation of Mariana Virgin of Miracles of Caacupe. It provides meals to 120 school children and is also home for 20 abandoned and orphaned children.

Note: The Tylenol donation was provided by way of the National Cancer Coalition  through a generous donation from the AmeriCares Foundation and Johnson & Johnson.  The donation included over 17,000 units of various types of much needed pain relief medications that were provided to 80 Paraguayan hospitals, clinics, schools and orphanages that assist the underserved.
