| USAID Millennium Challenge Program Bolsters Paraguayan CustomsMarch 14, 2008 Ambassador Cason participated in a ceremony at the Port of Asuncion to mark the donation of six new customs patrol boats provided by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Threshold Program, which the U.S. Agency for International Development manages. The event also served as a graduation event for 55 officials of the National Customs Agency, the Paraguayan Navy, and the National Police, who have completed advanced training in contraband seizures.
